OTO Akustiktechnik manufactures custom-cut and die-cut parts from drawings, samples or specified dimensions. Depending on the material, geometry and required quantity, we supply prototypes, small batches and larger production runs.

By selecting and processing the material to suit the application, we provide you with a ready-to-install component tailored to your design and intended use.

Materials We Process

Our processing capabilities include:

  • bitumen-based damping sheets for reducing panel drumming and increasing surface mass
  • LD 13 and LD 17 damping pads as well as the LDL damping layer for vibration-prone components
  • closed-cell PE foams for gaskets and technical moulded parts
  • various PUR foams for sound-absorbing and damping components
